- Current rabies vaccination required for all dogs; we'll ask for records at your first visit.
- Seniors
- Older dogs and dogs with medical needs get shorter, gentler sessions — tell us in advance.
- Matting
- We humanely shave severe matting rather than cause pain; we'll always call you first.
- Timing
- Most grooms take 2–4 hours; we'll text you when your dog is ready.
